1. Allah loved Muhammad, the best of all beings
His virtues were adorned with radiant suns

2. His greatness grew, and his fragrance was sweet
So his abundance flowed for every comer and goer

3. The glory and supremacy befit the mention of him
When the spirits of those fragances shine

4. A beloved one whom Allah granted all nobility
And supported with clear miracles

5. My poetry verses are always imprisoned for him
And the prose of my tears reciting eulogies

6. My talents are confused in eulogizing him
When I try my best, they are the most eloquent writings

7. The ropes of my hope in his supremacy are strong
And whoever hopes for such merit will not fail

8. The droplets of my tears in my eyelids are overflowing
And many droplets are in the waters of torrents

9. I detained the steeds of passion at his shrine
So they renewed the traces of sorrowful lamentations

10. The intrigues of this life prevented me from him
As if I never heeded the advice of advisers
