1. My eyes long to see a good land
That is what I love most in life

2. My heart yearns whenever a rider travels
And the wind blows on his saddlebags

So I pray for the lands of my loved ones to have rain

4. The death of Muhammad leads my heart
To mournful dates that you see being green and fresh

5. After his death, the mountains of Hunayn bent
When they heard the news of his passing

6. The grieved laments and the mourner mourns
While Ridwa is sad with grief that is incurable

7. Thubair cries regretfully for the loss
And Luay burns with grief as he deserves to mourn

8. The right hand of Allah's Messenger was a cloud
That poured on the world so it thought it was rain

9. A hand that only appeared to reveal mercy
And relieve distress, so people live by it

10. The left hand was nothing without his right
And they would not have worn jewelry without his gifts

11. The jewels of eloquent words, his words
Are the highest discourse and the highest language

12. He captivates people’s ears with his adornment
So they all find his commands and prohibitions pleasant

13. He gives life then shyness, and has never seen
A sight better than the beloved's face when shy

14. He frustrates whoever meets his acceptance
And gives him to drink the sweet honey of his words

15. He meets him with good news, comes to him in person
And lets him hear the remembrance and recites revelation to him

16. It is right for the people of the earth to make
Mourning him a motto and happiness an opinion

17. The hand of time has never lamented the mourning dove of Aykah
Adorned with a collar that increases her adornment

18. The purpose wants to witness Taybah
And for death or life to fulfill him there

19. To die loyal or live happily
So in either case we praise the effort

20. It is certain that perhaps God will benefit me with it
To achieve what is desired up to the farthest extent
