1. O Zayn al-Din al-Marjee, worthy of valor, glory and zeal
Your deeds have honored you, freeing you of all disgrace

2. When palms withhold, yours give freely and generously
In my eyes, you are nobler than all mankind

3. If grave troubles arise, your wise views dispel them
You may wrong foes, but judge righteously O just one

4. O son of the generous souls who attained their hopes
With valiant lives, high-minded sires

5. They defended our faith and sacrificed themselves
With reddened swords to guard and ennoble it

6. The customs of Bani Aamer come pleasantly to me
So grant them to me, for which I'll praise you

7. Make the seat of Muhammad their abode
Fulfill my wish and live content in shaded bowers

8. You still have lofty aspirations for our good
And keep your word and loyalty

9. Attaining the height of hopes and striking down
Any who would oppose you in their futility
