1. With the lord king obeyed
My hand has lengthened and my reach extended

2. And days have passed accumulating
Their covenant like measure for measure

3. A king obeyed in his existence
Gives you beyond the possible

4. And terrifies the terrified lion with
Ease while he cares for the healthy

5. Of ample provision for the prosperous
And plenty shared for all

6. And the benefactor overflowing
Who remains thanked for his efforts

7. He sees the gratitude of men
And their praise is the best gain

8. And counts his ready bounty
Sweeter than the melody of hearing

9. A moon shining light on people
In hardships, blazing rays

10. Rosy-cheeked, smooth white complexion
Green meadows and pastures

11. Your Lord has given you beyond
What you have strived for in noble manners

12. And blessed you with fine character
Sharing in the creation of the Maker

13. My Master, Glory of the Faith
Glorious is your ascent

14. You have come down to the land
To guard its secrets, O best Shepherd!

15. And you have taken on the burden
Of the kingdom confidently and knowingly

16. So I call down upon whoever
Does not say, wishing your state lasting:

17. And name him an ignorant one
Who does not love you with earnest passion

18. And I have been granted glory
That will not end through time's cessation

19. And seen that whoever slanders you
This week eats carrion of wild beasts
