7. Give me back my heart that strayed into your camps

8. They bid me farewell like a dear sibling but neither

Has a wave sated that cold clear spring?

14. Why do I yearn for the land of Junah though
I have no people nor family nor children there?

15. If not for the jurist and the blessings of his grace
I would have perished between nearing and distance

16. Ibn Hussein has consoled me since I descended upon
The twitter and songbirdsโ melody

17. Bijaylly, sublime of manners, has welcomed me
Sharper than musk or sweeter than honey

18. He is the compassionate one, and when I say โthe brotherโ he feels
He is the generous one when rain is scarce

19. Blessed of face, his wisdom makes him know
Tomorrowโs happenings before they occur

20. Each day he calls โO heedless ones, redeem yourselves!โ
โO thirsty ones, come back!โ

21. A raincloud for one stranded, salvation for one exhausted
A comfort for every lonely foreigner

22. Whoever turns away from him has lost his way
Whoever comes to guidance comes to my Abu Abdullah

23. The caravan doesnโt ask after him, his magnificence
Is the morning, and what morning isnโt clear!

24. May Allah dress him in what He doesnโt create the like of
So he never removes his new robes

ูููุณู ูุจุฑุญู ูู ุฃุซูุงุจู ุงูุฌูุฏูุฏ
25. And Allah has honored him and Allah has elevated him
So he doesnโt fear the touch of any lessening

26. Go where you wish, sheltered,
In Allahโs protection, guided and reasonable

27. If you stay where the land is green and growing
The necklace looks beautiful on the graceful neck

28. You reminded of Allah in an age when
All hearts forgot when listening to gossip

29. And how many wrongdoers have you forgiven
Without any grudge held in your heart!

30. You never stop pardoning and clearing away faults should they slip
The pardon of nobles, drawing near each distant one

ู ูุชูุฏูู ูู ู

31. If they anger you, you are forbearing and covering
If they wrong you, you are in safety and plenty

ุฃู ููุตุฏููู ููู ุฃู
ููู ููู ุฑุบุฏ
32. If not for your pleasure this nation would be scattered
You always unite the bonds of the fragmented nation

33. Gentle with them, never lacking in restraint
The generous man overlooks, and the eminent man is restrained

34. When we see you we say this is the son of Amina
Alive in the womb of Yathrib, never absent

35. Love of you remains a faith to us early ones
And in our children, so loving the Shaykh is like loving oneโs child

36. We have never known an era you did not honor
And we have never been without you for a time
