1. I disappear, yet the Kind One never disappears
And I hope in Him with hope that will not fail

2. I ask Him for safety from a time
Whose afflictions made me turn grey

3. And fulfill my needs in every state
To the One in whom hearts find tranquility

4. And I hope for none but Him when
The time of tyranny and the treacherous neighbor oppress me

5. For God has much arrangement of affairs
Concealed from sights by the unseen

6. And much in the unseen is facilitation of hardship
And relief from afflictions that recur

7. And of generosity and subtle kindness
And relief by which sorrows disappear

8. And I have no door but God's door
No master but Him and no beloved

9. Generous, blessing, righteous, kind
Beautiful in concealment, answering the supplicant

10. Clement, not hastening with sins
Merciful, the cloud of His mercy pours

11. So O King of kings, lighten my burden
For sins have distanced me from You

12. And desire has sickened me with its frivolity
Yet none but You can be my Healer

13. And time has opposed me and my patience is little
And the spacious land has narrowed around Your servant

14. So give me safety and restrain my enviers
Who show me friendship yet are wolves

15. And return afflictions to my enemy
For afflictions have fangs

16. And give me company of my children and family
For a man can become lonesome when far from home

17. And I have a yearning for little children
I almost melt when I remember them

18. But I released the reins of my affairs
To the One whose arrangement is wondrous

19. He is the Merciful, my protection and refuge
To Him I plead and turn in repentance

20. My God, You know my state
So is relief near, my Master?

21. And how many flatterers hide enmity
Yet You watch their inner secrets

22. One has dug a pit to ruin me
And the arrow of hatred finds its target

23. And the powerful made weak by me
You have broken his strength from me, O my Reckoner

24. And one with arrogance plots by deceit
Seeking on a fateful day what will cause him ruin

25. So O Requiter on Judgment Day, relieve
Sorrows that pierce the heart with their sting

26. And join my rope to the rope of Your approval and look
Upon my repentance, hopefully I will repent

27. And watch over my protection and undertake my victory
And steady my feet if calamities shake me

28. And defeat my enemies and pair the star of my fortune
To a happiness whose rising has no setting

29. And make me remember You all my life
For with Your remembrance the world is delightful

30. And say Your servants and those after him
Have a share in the meadow of Your kindness

31. For my assumption of You, my pillar, is beautiful
And the pasture of my hopes is fertile

32. And send blessings on the Prophet and his family as long
As the nightingale trills in the leafy branches
