2. The Hijazi breeze embraced the green
Of its groves and pressed close to them.

3. So I answered the cooing leaves with tears
That I shed over the ruins of Darsen.

5. Its lights smiled and its flowers

6. Its landmarks and meadows were masked
And its Hind and Fatima scattered.

7. O you who blame me for whom
I have burdened, cease your blame!

8. Though you know not my heart
Except what it has made known.

11. Hijaz sings the praises of that cloud

12. So Hijaz gave drink to that cloud
Whose showers weep and smile in its name,

13. A land whose radiance is Muhammadโs
Illuminated its mountains, generosity, and zeal.

14. Steps of glory rose up for whoever drew near
Its summit, crown of glory, and bliss.

15. Seal of prophecy, master of messengers, who

16. Sword of resolve borne on the neck of guidance
In the grasp of the elite of creation upright.

17. When he called the infidels with the white swords
He rent their skulls from the army of misguidance.

18. The rising sun of his appearance erased
The stars of polytheism and their constellations.

19. The dust of his galloping steed rose
To the celestial spheres, his banner aloft.

20. When clad in iron you would see them
A surging sea with the white swords clashing.

21. The father of orphans between them, when
His weapons roared, tore their necks.

22. So his worries set forth like the stars
And his resolves sped like lightning bolts.

23. Sun of prophecy from glorious Hashim
Rose above the stars, himself glorious.

24. Whose actions his sword never ceased from
And who was sire of the most virtuous.

25. A cloud when generous, lightning when ferocious,
An angel amidst armies, Death itself his servant.

26. White swords and spears his shade
On days of hatred when souls are plunder.

27. He to whom the camels knelt out of reverence
While clouds shaded them from above.

28. Upon him orphaned lambs suckled
As the swollen udders overflowed.

29. May Allah bless him as long as buds bloom
And smile in the green of the meadows through his name.

30. He is crowned with bounty, the one who
Tied about his generous self turbans of munificence.

31. His time was ennobled by him so his pride lengthened
And its darkness and oppressions dissipated.

ุนุตุจุช ุนููู ุงููุฑู
ุงูุนูุฑูุถ ุนู

32. It flourished through Ahmad, his mantle, staff,
Crown, Praised Fountain, and Seal.

33. Through him guidance was clarified after its lessons
And its horizons purified as its star rose.

34. The lamp of guidance shone through Muhammad
And the truth dawned as its pillars straightened.

ุทุงูุนู ูุฃุดุฑู ูุงุฌู

35. In him you find a sanctuary inviolable
From all tribulations that would encroach on its holy precincts.

ุตุจุงุญ ุงููุฏู ุจู

ููุงูุญู ุฃูุดุฑูู ูุงูุณุชูู
ู ููุงุฆู

36. So the times boast of Muhammadโs mighty status
However many glories of the times assail you.

ูุน ุงููุงุฆุจุงุช ุจู ุชุฌุฏ

ุง ุนูุง ุงู ุชุณุชูุจุงุญ ู

37. O you who possesses the Sacred House, its superiority,
Station, Black Stone, and seasons.

38. And the Maqam, the Stone that
Grows more radiant the more the prophets kiss it.

39. How can you treat me, may I be your ransom,
O you in whom Arab and non-Arab place their hope!

40. On the day the oppressed triumphs over his wronger
And the prisonerโs jailer suffers punishment.

ู ููุฑุชูุฌูู ุนุฑุจู ูุฃุนุงุฌู

41. His adversary hopes for fair recompense while his judge is
The Overseeing King whose testifiers are limbs.

ููุจุณุฌู ุณูุฌูู ูุนุงูุจ ุธุงูู
ู
42. A prisoner of sins called you when
His transgressions prevented him from holy grounds.

ู ููุฑุฌู ุงูุฌุฒุง ููุดููุฏู ุงู
ุงุนุถุงุก ููุงูู
ูู ุงูู
ููู
ู ุญุงูู
ู
43. So intercede with the Creator for him, so that
Through your station his misdeeds may be erased.

ู ุจุฑุน ุฃูุณูุฑ ุฐููุจู

ุชู ุนูู ุงูู
ุฒุงุฑ ู
ุขุซู
ู
44. If the Most Merciful does not show him mercy,
Who can reach him but you, most merciful of the merciful?

ุญู ุจุฌุงูู ูู ุงูู
ุนุงุฏ ุฌุฑุงุฆู

45. So spread your wing, son of Amina, over him
And over whoever befriends and supports him.

ู ุฐุงู ูุงุตูู ุณูุงู ููุฑุงุญู

46. And hear my praise and glad tidings
Of what its composer and arranger said of you.

ูุฏุฉ ููููุงุฆู
ู
47. So pride itself is proud of you, and through you
Munificence itself is made generous, its clouds overflowing.

ูุฏุญู ุจุงูุจุดุงุฑุฉ ูุงูุณุชูู

ุง ูุงูู ูุงุซุฑู ุนููู ูููุงุธู
ู
48. May Allah bless you whenever the breeze blows
From the gardens of Najd or breaths of the zephyr waft.
