1. Pray twelve and twenty-two cycles of prayer
In each cycle, recite Al-Fatihah alone

2. And recite Al-Qadr three times as they mentioned
And recite two and ten along with Al-Samad

3. And send blessings upon
The Prophet seventy times after completing the prayer

4. And prostrate as one who prostrated
Glorify and sanctify Him likewise

5. And when you rise, say "My Lord" seventy times, count them
And prostrate to your Lord and be sincere in prostration
