1. The seclusion has been long, so lift the curtains
Do you not see us raising our sights?

2. Look upon the world with a smiling face
And spread your lights over its regions

3. Give the Muslim peoples the good tidings of a renaissance
That leaves the rising peoples confused

4. They flocked to you, their bases shaking
So look, will those bases remain?

5. They grew weary of the lives of those sitting
And came seeking with the eagles, flight

6. When they saw you, they remembered their forefathers
And they were startled, unable to settle

7. They said, “We destroyed their glory while they are the sublime ones
They destroyed the thrones and shook the regions”

8. They carried to the world great life
That gives birth to mighty kingdoms and peoples

9. Shall we waste what they left us and betray them?
Then we would not be among those who fear shame

10. O rise of the new year, greetings
From zealous ones keeping to the arena

11. We grew angry for the trust, so witness
And accept our people's excuses

12. No sleep after this day about our origins
So take the covenants and repeat the news

13. This is the East’s youth demanding their right
And obeying in it their righteous elders

14. They roared and every blossoming twig rushed forth
With strong resolve, riding dangers

15. Casting themselves into honorable death
And seeing it as great pride and glory

16. O brothers of reform, blessed is your effort
From youths who adorned youth with dignity

17. May your building not fade, so let its survival
Be that you make morals its wall

18. Guard the treasures and preserve traditions
We love the noble youth
