22. Since the life and death of the disgraced are equal.
They complain of the clamor of the dead, though to them

Oppression upon oppression and bad governance,

38. Corrupt management and procrastination.
When hearts diverge from their master,

Dynasties collapse or stand but not through

40. Anything but the most secret thoughts.
Do not be fooled by the outward show of one feigning meekness

41. Who silenced his complaints and concealed his agony.
If the throne of a tyrant stands firm,

42. Its foundations rest upon a volcano.
When a man takes matters into his own hands,
