6. It is the raid of the victorious hero, what do you have
To protect you when he plunges into the battlefield?

7. They harbored doubts about him, but when they were certain
They desisted from the fortunes, and those were many.

8. The spoils were brought in the evening to the Prophet
For which Allah's abundant favor is thanked.

9. This is evidence of the caravan's leader who was alone
Abandoned by the tribes, so he is a captive.

10. Allah released him by the hand of a savior
He is to the exhausted captives a bearer of good news.

11. Islam crowned above his forehead
A crown on it of majesty and light.

12. Who taught people to indulge in passion
That life is ignorance and vain?

13. Those spoils, Muhammad has no equal among people
To whom they would belong.

14. It is strength for the Muslims and a sign
For those who stand firm in holy war.

15. You were blessed, O Zayd ibn Harithah, for you have
No peer among the righteous slaves.

16. O commander of the army, none can equal him,
An army is not like its commander, nor a commander like another.
