1. Let the ignorant know the truth through remembering her
And believe that the tyranny has various tribulations

2. It is the great sedition, the passion of polytheism when
Its great armies attacked and its regiments turned away

3. And the religion of God was established, its pillar was erected
So whoever of its enemies tries to fight it will be too short for it

4. The swords of God built it with blood, it is
More firm than the deaf rock, water flows from it

5. The forces of the tyrant recoil from what
The hand of the Builder establishes on it, and its tools dig

6. The Messenger of God urged the soldiers, go forward
And do not fear the tyrant, for God will let him down

7. Do you not look at the earth, how the religion of
Polytheism that destroyed the people with its falsehood shaded it

8. Take it with might, do not let its arrows miss
For you are its destruction, and this is its battlefield

9. For us is guidance, either by the signs of our Lord
Or by the edge of the sword whose carrier will not fail

10. When the people deny the proofs, His proofs
Subdue their necks, and its evidence

11. The might advanced in the first battle, its
Storms hurl fire and its cauldrons boil

12. And the Messenger of God cried out, calling his God
What an army that folded the atmosphere with its regiments!

13. Victory descended pouring light from the Most High
Its streams pouring light and its rain pouring

14. O Ahzum, go forward, it is serious, the enemy
Will not see anything but it, his false might declining

15. It is God who protects His religion and strengthens it
So who dares to conspire against it and rival it?

16. The army of disbelief was torn apart and its covenant dissolved
So its hopes were dashed and its means exhausted

17. And the Messenger of God, when harm touched him
Had nothing but what his ethics and attributes were pleased with

18. A prophet who loves God with the love of a warrior
Who sees his blood for His right as expendable

19. He magnifies Him in himself and obeys Him
And whatever command He decides, he accepts it

20. That’s how the first generations of Muslims were
What an era that makes its sadness depart!

21. We missed the ideal so our matter became
To others we complain of it and it preoccupies them

22. It fights whoever wants life to be its enemy
What an enemy who found no one to argue with him!

23. With us is every tyrant exerting
His schemes widespread and his ropes many

24. We have reached the extent that our affairs are not set right
Can the matter be set right while its top to bottom corrupted?

25. I'm amazed at my people, between whom religion is suspended
And they reeled with it while ignorance resides in their homes

26. They love it with the love of one whose opinion is misguided
Whether he abandons it or upholds it among them is the same

27. A prayer and fast in which evil runs rampant
Shaking the two horizons, its trails abundant

28. How can religion be established in a nation
If its etiquette and virtues are suspended?

29. Peace be upon us the day our might proves true
And takes us through every matter we undertake

30. And the day the earth is under our banner
None can match it on it from any banner

31. Shall we walk slowly while disasters befall us
Hastening, and the course of evil undoing its knots?

32. Lo, a will like Badr that removes harm
And heals the grief that stirred the soul

33. Lo, a nation that deters the selves from passion
And listens to the saying I am telling

34. Lo, a state for truth that follows its path
And walks in its traces, not diverging from it

35. If we do not guide or follow the guidance
Then do not blame, O people, what God will do
