Evil is tiring though it does not tire

3. Repent, O son of Ubayy, and avoid
Wrong opinion and evil doctrine

4. You have misled the tribes, made them hopeful
With your misleading precepts and falsity

5. There is no wonder in what has befallen them
A failure that struck a deceived people

6. Your heroes, what have they done
To the high and mighty castles, say do not lie

7. Do you see them in their high keeps
Defending Yasser or Marhab?

8. Fill yourself, O son of Ubayy, with anger
Truth is not pleased if you are not angry

9. Is there nothing in this world that pleases you
Except standing with the sinner and dwelling of the guilty?

10. If you were true to God in the religion of guidance
You would win the nearest place to Him

11. The path of the believer is a blessing, nothing else
Compares below it, no other path or vessel

12. Within Islam you have from its enemies
The nature of the wolf and ways of the fox

13. Thus my Lord has ordained and decreed
The wicked soul is not like the good
