6. The heart fell in love, taking refuge, though it shuddered
And its light never swerved from its path, never turned

7. You taught it what through it is known amongst mankind
And death is better for he who turned away from its knowledge

8. And you were then God's kindness when you were kind
And the day you were absent was as if existence shuddered

9. I was certain when I escaped from your fires
That your heart and passion had differed

10. When the heart broke its promise with estrangement
While passion extended a hand and did not weaken

11. So knowledge opposed what it taught another
The state of knowledge when the teacher deviates

12. Believe words that describe your passion
And leave words that falsely portray it
