1. The greatest misfortunes and losses are in religion,
And anything other than religion is inferior.

2. If religion becomes corrupt, everything else becomes corrupt,
No pillar stands straight without faith.

3. O Allah, I ask You for success with moderation,
Seeking Your pleasure, guide me to success.

4. When I come to Your forgiveness,
I attain my goal, and no fear remains.

5. If I am soaked with Your pardon and forgiveness,
No other soaking remains after being soaked with bounty.

6. So guide me, O Allah, to the path of righteousness,
To the path of my worldly life, O my Master and my Faith.

7. My good reliance is upon You, O Allah, no one
Other than You restores me, then guides me.

8. I entrusted my affair to You, O Allah, relying
Only upon You, hoping in You to help me.

9. I hope for salvation tomorrow, since I have
No child who can benefit me, nor wealth to ransom me,

10. From the schemes of Iblis - O my Master, I take refuge
In You, fearing he would tempt me and lead me astray.

11. You know me better than I know myself, nothing
Remains hidden from You, no secret in what is concealed.

12. I am in fear of sin, yet I have hope
In Your mercy, O my Master, be my Guardian!

13. And unite me with my father Al-Kharashi
Who missed me, in the Gardens Most High.

14. In the neighborhood of the Chosen One, our Master
Upon him from You blessings, whenever it is time.
