And with reproach has removed the reproacher's blame

4. The streams of my life have been sweetened
Flowing easily after turbidity

5. So I galloped freely without a care
Roaming in meadows of joy on my steed

6. After Sham squeezed me out and I intended
To head for Egypt, goals of the dutiful heart

7. The pleasures of wishes have spread their fragrance
And the scent of contentment has emanated, relaxing my frown

8. Such is the way of days, blocking one side
And permitting the banned on the banned side

9. Time's events are not jesting in their overflow
Just as happiness itself is no jester

10. Circumstances keep changing in its circumstances
I still think of them as a calculator's fingers

11. And so I never rejoiced in a passing day
Nor fretted at the narrowness of my paths
