20. Scrolls boast of it in beauty like a trained horse proud of its saddle
And speech like flowers of basil whose stars appeared from it

21. The meanings' eyes encompassed it and its sides were illuminated from the darkness
If you water it, consistent generosity will pour from which the fertile land benefits

22. And clouds of bestowal so generous their poured forth clouds are limited
Praising you is an obligation like a duty without nonsense or sin

23. It is not because I was late in reaching you that I am anxious
Whenever I came, a veil prevented me and ambition was raised against me

24. My eyebrows frowned at their winks and a reprehensible glancing emerged for the eyes
The winks of their eyes shone for me with which the feeble gazes are sick

25. So I am to them like an disliked person who is not pitied by a merciful breast
Their nature has apparent harshness, among affliction they are not kind

26. I have no special company or generality with them but see myself wandering while others settle
Do not blame me for praising them, the torment of the veil is painful to me

27. It came in revelation, after the veil is only hellfire
They are all enemies if given permission, and intimate friends without permission

28. They slumber from them like the People of the Cave, if not for their dog and the inscription

When the sword of praise armored with resolve is unsheathed before you none sharpened it

35. I get from it the belly of the journey and text while others get the sheath and quiver
While the eyes of hopes turn away from you not glancing at you enduringly

36. My praise preceded and my permission silenced, none like this decree was fortified
A praise that collared the necks of meanings, their customs were suspended by its adornments

37. Your attributes preoccupied them with wealth, they grew weary of it and the poisons thrived
So it is beauty for your expectant one and glory against your enemies like shooting stars

38. It has illuminations for your family and inauspiciousness for your detractors, determined
Allah has forbidden my side to dry from your bestowal and the inviolable

39. Time has guaranteed my avoidance of you both being distanced and the afflicted is oppressed
