1. People conceal with hypocrisy their souls
So when it passes, deception is revealed
١. سَتر الناسُ بالرياء نفوساً
فاذا زال يظهر التزييف
2. Upon the righteous, a heavy veil
And upon the wicked, a thin veil
٢. فعلى الصالحين سِترٌ كثيف
وعلى الطالحين ستر خفيف
