He has no equal in any situation

In every land, we seek refuge

4. The Pleiades fall and Sirius yields
Before the people of purity arrive

5. Truthfulness has been lost and guidance has died
Treachery is admired and loyalty scarce

6. The sensible man feels in his sickness
That well-being forewarns recovery

7. The old man acknowledges his sons
Though all portend his demise

8. Raise them gently, until when
They come of age, they spurn their father

9. And time mocks its dear ones
As though that were its recovery
