1. I see essence in which qualities manifest
Blessed is its Creator, what is the purpose

2. When He is pleased with devotion in his heart
He rises and it's as if he was never pleased

3. The sick are treated so they may become healthy
But is the health of the body anything but disease?

4. So do not neglect piety in life
And render to your Lord what is obligated

5. How many kings built glorious monuments
And gained fame but then perished
