2. So distance has led me to decay
And youth has led me to old age

3. You are not pleased by a prosperity that shows you white hair
For stillness is truly the epitome of harm

4. And it is happiness for the two sanctuary stones - defining
The melody of Thamud and the Black Stone and the Sacred Mosque

5. There is no difference between the Banu Fihr and others
In a state whose sacred months are like the inviolable

6. These bodies were created not out of boredom
With visitors, but they withdrew from blame
