6. Oh corpse, how much has been added
To your soil, of potent spell and sterile sand!

7. And people have kindled over their own land
The like of it from the gathered fuel.

8. Had they been just, they would have purified their dark souls
From the seething of hatred in the dunes.

9. A mangy camel fell, mangy due to his sharpness;

10. You have forbidden me the meadows and that

11. Or that water should flow after the fifth time
