1. Gaze upon a sky that has shaded me
In it are lamps blossoming

2. And an earth we face with pyramids
Its sun is the star Ja'far

3. And a draft of light the morning after rain
Its breaths are musk and ambergris

4. Among its anemones yellow
And multiples of its yellow redder

5. And for the water a constant flow between them
Narrowed by its injury the source

6. And for the eloquent ones at its edges
Yearnings of longing and expressed

7. The land accompanies it from one side
And from one side its green sea

8. An open space of beasts and a watering place of companions
So excellent an orchard and what a scene

9. And oh beauty of the world and oh pride of kingdom
Ruled by the Greatest Ruler

10. With Him the order of the Commanders
With propriety and the prohibition of wrong
