1. God is Supreme, this is Isaac's face
This crescent, this radiant sun

2. This Imam with the fragrant dwellings
With a soul, branches and leaves made wholesome

3. He whose coming renewed the world
The rock sprouted from his purity’s rain

4. He who made the perilous straits safe
And startled the Romans and their crosses in fear

5. He who left home with devotion
To spend his life obeying God generously

6. O joy of the land with the victorious king
O joy of religion and life with Isaac

7. When he appeared, the eye of our devotion saw
Amber so our limbs turned to sparks

8. But the eyelid of al-Eyelid could not help blinking
So it cannot stop its trembling

9. Within him for you is kindled fire
That consumes the soul with burning

10. Before his death, Hellfire came to him
So if his blasphemy persists, he has tasted
