1. O supporter of Islam, O king of guidance
You have always been victorious, aided

2. You have surpassed the most generous kings in feats
Thus reaching the farthest extent in glory

3. For you are their most renowned and most eminent when
They are lofty, and most faithful in fulfilling promises

4. And greatest in worth, most noble in state
Most abundant in wealth, and most generous in hand

5. Verily, however abundant the clouds' generosity
They have taken only your gift as their course

6. Does not your munificence, when your servant aspires,
Become anew a robe of acceptance?

7. You have given me that for which I cannot give sufficient thanks
Of blessings that abounded and humbled hostility

8. You have kindly turned to me the face of acceptance
So I have taken to praising you repeatedly

9. And I saw your true servant, so I deemed him
A representative of loyal traits, emphasizing them

10. You have ennobled me and raised my name, bestowing favor
O glory of kings, may you remain eternal
