1. Good tidings of your son's birth from a glorious,
Honorable lineage of the most generous and lauded.

2. You have unsheathed a sword from its scabbard,
Shining like a blazing star.

3. He revives the virtues of his noble forebears,
The supporters and defenders of the highest cause.

4. Sneezing in the faces of the insolent,
And wiping their arrogant noses in the dust.

5. Offering hands to the destitute,
Many a white hand has come from his hand.

6. Even enemies do not deny his good deeds,
Acts of generosity that cannot be belittled.

7. Speak freely, feel no shame in telling of them,
Repeat your words as much as you are able.

8. Rejoice in a son whose face bears the mark
Of good fortune in this most auspicious time.

9. May God protect him and raise his status,
Granting a pleasant, easy life.

10. The elite rejoice and take pride in him,
His great generosity is never ending.

11. His date has come and delighted their eyes,
Al-Nasir son of Al-Qasim son of Muhammad.
