1. This is just a vessel, my friend
With God's protection, travelers in it sail

2. So board it in complete safety
It brings peace of mind and comfort

3. Filling the heart with joy, and from it
A bird in flight sees the sea as it sails

4. And if the wind is made to serve it
It moves with ease, graceful and swift

5. Name the aid of the Shah after it
Nasir al-Din, defender of God's faith

6. Shah of Iran, and in his day
Jabir, who has honored this ship, thrives

7. May God eternalize his kingdom
And protect him from all harm

8. If Jabir aids and supports him
He is victorious, vanquishing foes

9. So when he aided him they recorded it
As "Nasrat al-Shah bi-Jabir"
