1. I congratulate our respected Master on his son,
When he appeared with exceptional beauty,

2. And goodness became evident through him,
Revealing the truths plainly.

3. Among them the blossoming of a blessing from a King,
Whom God has honored for the honor of the Sincere One.

4. So his birth was a joy,
For the foremost from the past and the future.

5. Blessed is his star, auspicious through him,
With radiant delight to the eye of the onlooker.

6. His Creator has perfectly formed him,
Glory to Him who shaped him, the Creator.

7. He attained from the radiant moon a rising,
And from his father the most generous of mankind.

8. A lion cub, valiant, fierce,
I seek refuge for him from the evil of every assailant.

9. He is raised in the bosom of the lofty and sublime,
Atop the shoulders of accomplished nobles.

10. How many a chronicler has recorded his birth,
Bringing joy to the eye of the sleeping one.
