1. O Imam in religion and creed, true
To your knowledge people are dependents

2. May God be pleased with you, you clarified
To people the minaret of guidance so misguidance vanished

3. You have filled the world with your knowledge until
You reached through knowledge an unreachable extremity

4. Whenever the Imams say anything
To what you say is the destination

5. You are truly the role model for all
About you is preference and summation

6. God’s mercy continues to follow
As the forenoon and the evening perpetuate

7. A sacred presence embodied in you
And a grave above you of your grandeur

8. At its doors the riding beasts kneel
And at its burials the loads are unloaded

9. He who visited it has succeeded, and stayed in it
Humbled and submitting

10. O you who emits from his soul scents
From you perfection seeks perfection

11. Traveling with yearning, heading from distances
To you is the journey and transportation

12. A flower that obliterates sins, and in it
For the penitents a grant and bestowal

13. For sincerity and steadfast belief
Hopes paused at your door

14. And called him to you though far
Traveling from his country and moving

15. The deserted and frightful wastelands
And mountains did not discourage him

16. He covered earthly distances until
He arrived not touched by fatigue

17. If he attains acceptance from you he
Has succeeded, and happiness and prosperity occurred

18. No hopeful is disappointed by what he aspires
For him in you is honor and connection

19. You are the axis in the world of knowledge from it
Poles and substitutes draw

20. Through you God has mercy on us
And relieves our burdens
