1. Have you not seen a gazelle
With beautiful does challenging the litters

2. Returning to Najd though not longing for it
For none call Najd their home

3. Above them are faces
Like stars appearing

4. Setting like a full moon and rising again
With good fortune in returning

5. I have endured patiently until
The people think me insensitive

6. Though I have not turned away from what
I wish to face

7. Tell the guide to hurry
Gliding smoothly and briskly

8. You would think them a mirage
Racing with each other

9. For whom have I borne passion
When I have borne no fervor

10. I swore by the House they came
Rushing to it hastily

11. Circling it devoutly
Elders and youth alike

12. Those arriving thirsty
Drinking fully from Zamzam

13. Those staying overnight assembled
Exerting themselves sincerely for God

14. Lessening their arrows at Mina
In pairs and singly

15. Their fingers calloused
Skin over skin

16. Sacrifices made
Cast by the stone pillars and left

17. Dedicated to God in righteousness
For righteousness is dedicated to God

18. Those standing at Arafat
Hoping from God abundance

19. Wherever you look, only
A Lord to a servant and a servant

20. They numbered those
From whom they sought aid

21. Indeed I have succeeded thousands
In covenant and affection

22. I have never acted lightly
Or neglected earnestness

23. I have not turned my face
From those who have wronged me

24. I have not overstepped my purpose
Or transgressed my limit

25. I have not granted affection
And deemed its giver unworthy

26. Tell Abu Saeed the minister
Of glorious rank

27. O most faithful of men in pledge
Sweetest of men in conversation

28. They saw in you no flaw
And no distance

29. So by the favor
Your Lord granted you, they resented no enmity

30. They occasionally provoked you but
The scabbard protected you from their drawing swords

31. When you impose taxation they yield
As the exemplar in imposition

32. You remain among them a spearhead
Sharp as a blade

33. You wanted no aid from them
For your battalions

34. If they shoot, you are a shield
If they charge, you are a fortress

35. If they scheme, you are the dawn
If they appear, you are hail

36. Take with both hands from
Your cloud that brought abundance

37. And what you were promised, take
In cash from the days

38. You have never delayed a promise
So how can you neglect a vow

39. Feel success your armor
And wear good fortune your cloak

40. Live! For life holds nothing
Except what is spacious and plentiful

41. Your door is wide to us
Approached and frequented

42. Endure! For your endurance is truer
To us and more beneficial

43. May the claws of calamities surrounding you
Remain blunted

44. We have seen nothing
Forbidden in your presence ever miss
