1. Your glory never wanes,
and attachment to your home never fails.

2. Generosity has fallen short,
of attaining the pinnacle of nobility.

3. And when you settle in a land,
it is as though the clouds have arrived.

4. All kings are aware,
that you are the intrepid king.

5. And when they are bound to you,
you are either pleasure or decisive.

6. It is as though you are the light,
for one who sees while they are darkness.

7. And when you share,
theirs is the leftovers while yours is the choice meat.

8. Kings have asked about supremacy,
while you are a pouring rain.

9. So when they saw you prepared,
for a mighty deed, they sat and stood.

10. And many a perplexity is resolved,
due to the loftiness of its aim.

11. They were straitened by it while you gave it expanse,
and saw you vigilant while they slept.

12. God give you goodness in a position,
that does not allow comfort.

13. The spear drips from your right hand,
from the sheath while the sword from the scabbard.

14. The horses stumble in the battlefield,
and the intercessor for them is the darkness.

15. No saddle or bridle remains on them,
from being stabbed.

16. Their inner sides filled with blood,
and their neighing is death and grief.

17. The ground is red from the slain,
their corpses strewn about randomly.

18. They convulse atop one another,
having been thrown as carrion or cargo.

19. The bellies of birds are their coffins,
and their shrouds are down.

20. Do not blame yourself for the envious,
and the critic full of blame.

21. They saw your sitting in matters,
while standing is proper in them.

22. And ignorantly imagined,
that you were a sheathed sword.

23. Until they saw you rise up,
with its burden while they lie as carrion.

24. And you rode it readily,
bareback with no bridle.

25. And you possessed what you granted victory,
and in your hand is vengeance for it.

26. For you from your God,
is an army terrible in battle.

27. And victory is from Him alone,
if supporters disappoint and resign.

28. How often has He delivered you,
from straits with honorable deeds.

29. How often one granted asylum yet no grantor,
or censured yet no critic.

30. How often they ignited a fire,
raging in every direction.

31. Yet you were saved from it,
while it is cold and does not harm.

32. I love you while love,
is the best that people can be loved with.

33. And my loyalty to you is a bond,
unbreakable.

34. And when I mention you,
great inspirations turn away from my mind.

35. And I have poems about your father and you,
that adorn speech.

36. The pinnacle of poetry has sung with it,
or the doves have cooed.

37. It is as though it is a meadow,
that grief has generous rain upon.

38. Or a settlement on which,
the blowing of a gentle breeze spreads fragrance.

39. And it has burdens like the ostrich,
just as the ostrich carries burdens.

40. And noble pages that illness,
does not depart from.

41. So have your meal for you have fasted,
what that day requires.

42. A month passes with no integrity,
of forbidden deeds.

43. And pages raised by angels,
with no sins.

44. As though the beautiful houris,
have perfumed it with scent or wine.

45. So continue the ages,
with some of what God has stored for you forever.

46. And your towering building in loftiness,
will never collapse.

47. And you will pass through tribulations,
eternally honored year after year.

48. And if an abject person imagines,
there is no protector of your homes.

49. God suffices you whenever,
the dove coos.
