1. Peace upon righteous deeds,
And one returning from devotion or going to pray,

2. Peace upon straight ways,
Peace upon profitable trade,

3. Peace upon fasting the day of migration,
And charity of one with overflowing tears,

4. Peace upon secluded corners filled
With faith without any immoral intruder,

5. And we bid farewell when the friend departed,
Bare of ornaments and finery,

6. A youth who was in this abode of ours,
With glances aspiring to others,

7. You could see him when the tardy grew dark,
On a path of guidance radiant and clear,

8. Muhammad you left us forcibly,
So my desire is a wound without a causer,

9. And you entrusted me in the midst of separation,
What is not fleeting from me,

10. Lighten your burden that I say,
You went to the death of the delighted,

11. To bounties not like grants,
And unlike the coaxed it urges the coveter,

12. Like the fire of the wilderness without fire-lighter,
And heart of the afflicted without comforter,

13. The abode of politics is arid,
And their betrayal is without a mourner,

14. You discarded them like refuse,
Scornful of the best that is discarded,

15. If asked about you she would hasten,
To the speech of the grateful praiser,

16. And how much glory you have in the land,
That migrated to the barren valley,

17. At every pass between the two
Like folded breath swimming,

18. You can see him when the night of commotion darkened,
Radiant like a shining planet,

19. And they knew when the calamities grew,
Your forbearance from intense or feeble,

20. That you are above the sword bearer,
And more spearing than the lancer,

21. The most secretive of the secret,
When discords spread through the circulator,

22. And you avenge when you are wronged,
Better than the hand-shaker,

23. You incline to the shining wit,
In the intricate and appalling situation,

24. And if the day of affection poured,
And among the people are those who don’t sprinkle,

25. You passed lightly over sins,
Where is the light over the investigator?

26. If people were just to a plot of dust,
Pure and advising,

27. They would visit it and seek from it,
Gifts from the witheld and preventing,

28. Whether you moved behind the barrier,
You are not far from good,

29. To Allah a grave they perfumed,
With sins like good stock,

30. The scents of the devout pass by it,
Filled with fragrant redolence,

31. If we compared graves to it,
More just in its measure and heavier,

32. The two spouts haven’t stopped,
Flowing with water that has a drawer,

33. To it even if it was self-sufficient,
With its generosity overflowing,

34. The people are equal in this ritual,
So the owner of the cloak is like the bare,

35. By it the proof of ascetics stood,
And the excuse of the worker was invalid,

36. And all are submissive even if,
They don’t feel the scream of the screamer,
