1. O seeker of guidance
Take it with strong resolve

2. And truthfulness and purity of intention
It is piety of the Lord of mankind

3. And it is obeying orders
Along with avoiding prohibitions

4. In all that's apparent and hidden
Obtaining it and the concealed

5. With it is the life of Paradise, with it you win Paradise
With it you attain your wishes and every sublime trait

6. So be passionate in seeking it
And be keen on it and persevere

7. You will attain all that you wish
Along with the generous gifts

8. O seeker of good, gather
It is in piety, so listen and hear

9. Then act and be a devout slave
And beware of hoping for the world

10. And remember your death and decay
And subdue your whims and yourself

11. Perform your obligatory duties and voluntary charity
For leaving them is the greatest affliction

12. And stand for it every hour
And perform it in congregation

13. For it is the best merchandise
That benefits you after demise

14. And purify, O my friend, your wealth, thank and be grateful for your fate
And cleanse your inner self and leave no residue

15. And fast the month of Ramadan
And stand in the best night prayer

16. And beware of ugly speech
And tread a straight path

17. And hajj the House of God, and leave all prohibitions
And do not incline to frivolities and all that is wicked

18. And remember your Master necessarily
Upon Him you sit and stand

19. You will enjoy all bounties
And attain that companionship

20. So do not cease to remember God while praising and thanking
In every moment and thought you attain what you wish

21. In remembrance are all rewards
Nothing leaves it save the incapable

22. Who missed the straight path
And take from people in moderation

23. It suffices for all tribulations
And be desirous of good in deed, word and intention

24. And fulfill the rights of relatives, neighbors and friends
And foreign Muslims

25. And be of sound disposition
And when the night falls

26. Seek provision and refuge from God
Of bounty, pardon and safety

27. You will attain the gifts
And do not be heedless, my friend

28. Nor indifferent from good
Nor sit with an ignorant one

29. Harms will come to you
And if you want, my friend, to praise

30. In this abode, then renounce
And aspire to God and strive

31. In the sublime conduct
And know, my brother, your time

32. And restrain your tongue
And make your concerns and affairs

33. For the eternal life
And restrain your hearing and sight

34. And witness your faults and evil
And reflect and strengthen your certainty

35. And be of the Ash'aris
And help purify the inner self from all pride and arrogance

36. And ostentation and deception and love of this lowly life
For its pursuit is unending and loving it is misguided

37. As said by the Prophet Muhammad, the head of every sin
And consent and entrust to gain

38. And submit the matter to be safe
And do not oppose to regret

39. And walk with the Shadhilis
And if you want guidance

40. Then act on what is in the beginning
And if you want the outcome

41. It is in living righteously, free
Whoever wants the sublime

42. Spends for it everything precious
His days and nights in it with a willing soul

43. And seek noble knowledge
And act to gain the bounties

44. And be not like an animal
In your rising and resting

45. Your time passes in futile play and ignorance
For the remorseful, that is impossible, endless regret

46. And advise all people and guide them to guidance
And indeed for all corruption

47. Is in the Hanafi faith
And love the righteous

48. And sit with the pious
And be of the beneficent

49. And act upon this counsel
I seek God's forgiveness

50. From the ill of my ignorance and sin
And from matters in my heart

51. In which doubts prolong
And You know my state

52. And my outcome
Your knowledge suffices my questioning

53. So conceal, my God, the matter
O Lord, and end with good, and protect us from all harm

54. And do not leave us to others, and reform misguided souls
And bless, O Lord, and send peace continually and bless and honor

55. Upon the Prophet who perfected all creation, pleased with him
And his family, companions

56. And supporters and relatives
What a blessed group they are
