1. All praise be to Allah, praise forever
Praise that surpasses all praisers' praise

2. For guidance, sufficiency, and safety
So all praise be to Allah, Lord of all worlds

3. How many blessings beyond count or utterance
Beyond numbering, however you try to count

4. In this life, the next, and our protected faith
And our families, kin, and children

5. O Lord of loftiness, favor and grace
And overflowing generosity to all people

6. O Hearer of supplication, O our Helper
O Refuge for complaints, O our Ally

7. O Knower of secrets and what hearts contain
Relieve us and all Muslims

8. Lift all trials and tests from us
And veil our faults, for You are best of the merciful

9. Turn to us, hopefully we will return from sin
For we are drowning in disobedience

10. So favor us, though we are disobedient
Through Your grace we will obey willingly

11. Protect us, O God, from the evils of these times
And those stoking the fires of evil constantly

12. And conclude our lives with good when the time comes
For me, my kin, and all who pray

13. With abundant grace, house us in the Gardens
And grant us, O God, maidens with lovely eyes

14. My dear friend, listen if you hear good advice
Repent before you die without avail

15. For long wretchedness and grief won't benefit you
Do good deeds to please your Lord

16. Seek knowledge to enlighten your soul
Walk the path of the truthful

17. Avoid people, both far and near
Beware of listening to slander

18. Which brings anxiety, grief and trial
Loss and harm in life and faith

19. Remember your God in heart and tongue
Join God and you will gain certainty

20. For God's remembrance dispels all distress
And keeps away the accursed devil

21. He who remembers God is protected
His companion is the Best of Creators

22. God protects him from enviers and evils
So remember and be of those who always remember

23. He who forgets God is truly lost
His companion is the devil, chief of sinners

24. Forgetting his Lord and vileness as his mark
So beware of being among the heedless

25. Watch your words if you want safety
Speak only good or clear kindness

26. Ask from God, do not ask from another
Lord of early times and later days

27. He will grant what you request and seek
Beware of clinging to others, O hopeful one

28. For God protects those who protect Him, truly
Above the Seal of Prophets and Messengers

29. May the God we call upon bless him
His family, companions, and followers too

30. With peace as many times as each call to prayer
And all the breaths of all He created

31. My request, O Lord, is say "Be" and it becomes
