1. The hidden one prevailed on the great and long day,
While the one with a heavy burden on his back lost,

2. You see him among the people, humiliated,
Blaming himself, crying and wailing frequently,

3. Saying: "Can he go back or find a way?"
What constant regret that never changes!

4. He will reside with the worst disbelievers,
In fire, with severe torture,

5. This is for those who disobey the generous and glorious Lord,
You see them busy with gossip and sayings,

6. And the concerns of the lowly, worthless world,
Staying up at night devoutly trying to gain money,

7. And they own so little of all the money and palms,
The rest is for others, their cash and palms,

8. It is only their reckoning and terrible torment,
And fear of every oppressor, like a murdered victim.

9. Preoccupied by his money, distracted from noble knowledge,
He knows not religious duties, requirements and the impossible,

10. Neither the prohibited, invalid, or evidence,
Or, obligations, nonsense, and determination,

11. Or cows, plowing, work and palms,
Unemployment has corrupted him, Oh friend of lament!

12. Unemployment is the key to decadence,
Blessed is he whose work is every good deed,

13. Worshiping God is his concern morning and evening,
Following the Shariah in action, avoidance, and words,

14. And has abandoned all work that distracts from God,
He performs the religious duty in the best and most excellent way,

15. And avoids all wrongdoing, major and minor,
For him is triumph and the shade in Paradise,

16. Its drink is wine and Salsabil,
Oh Lord, Oh Giver of abundant gifts,

17. End with good and make steadfast Your grateful servant,
Send blessings upon the guiding Prophet,
