1. The smiles of your lips, how sweet is their bashfulness
And the rising of the moon, how radiant is your cheek

2. The eyes of the beholder, if they looked
At your languid, sleepy eyelids and the complaining one

3. O paradise of eternity in this life and its chain
Your gentle acceptance in the course of your folds

4. O a doe, when the breeze blows over
The buds of chamomile, we deemed the scattering of your scent

5. I have readied arrows that cannot miss their mark unless

6. By Allah, O lady of the kingdom who subdued
All the kings to Him without your highness

14. A year that gives life, and the blessed Eid, and the full

15. A newspaper that clamored with the truth so the
Oppressed won and every deceiver recoiled from it

16. O Deyma you were my hope for a time
Until my wishes responded to the one who wished you

17. As precious as you are, is there clarity in you?
For your worth is immeasurable and priceless

18. When I contemplated your verses knitted
In their refined string with the beauty of their architecture

19. You strut in the garments of rhetoric, copious
I praised the one whose natural eloquence composed you

20. Lord of the High, of excellent natural disposition that donned
The creation with an understanding heart and a reasoning mind

21. My grandfather the secret in the arenas of supremacy climbed ladders
That any comprehension will fall short of reaching their extent

22. You remain the sun of the light of virtue shining in
The horizons of Egypt thus guiding the people, your lights

23. Secluded from every voice other than yours, and chose
The hearts over the soul's wishes, none but you

24. And did not foresee except you were correct
The unseen in the course of your judgments

25. The highest of maidens are your maidens that rose
