1. Our freemen, you have revealed your heroism
On the day of signing pledges boastfully

2. You are men of polished speeches
As we know, and heroes of protests

3. And you have had your fill of appearing at a
Legitimate demonstration and got drunk on chants

4. And if some of you got scratched accidentally
You would then be pampered with care

5. But the wisdom of God was in keeping you safe
For you are not worthy of martyrdom

6. Palestine now screams at you in rage
Get out of the way, you are not of my men

7. That prisoner who held his dignity most dear
His ransom is all who seek leadership
