1. Though far from home, still I praise its Lord,
And blame not those who blame, or take offense,
١. وإني على بعد الديار وربها
وتغيير مغتاب وتغيير عاتبِ
2. But thank the generous for their noble deeds,
And honor those who act with excellence.
٢. لشاكر ما أسديته من مكارم
وآثر ما أبديته من مناقب
