1. O you of bounty and favor
And Lord of the secret and the manifest

2. Who testified to his righteousness
For him, by his good deeds

3. You have obtained request from granting
You sufficed the evil from ordeals

4. With what did not occur in a heart
And did not cross a mind

5. So you created mankind from nothingness
While he did not exist

6. And you alerted the minds about you
So they sped upon the ways

7. None but you remained for them
Of sound thought and insight

8. And you entrusted the trust of life
To an honorable neck, trusted

9. The Imam of the wise of thought
Came with the last of times

10. The caliphate of the world came to him
And the matter of religion in an epoch

11. So he conducted the matter undertaking
Upon the ways of the ways

12. And he enriched all people
From the two families and homeland

13. For through him the people were secured
From the callers of evil and trials

14. And their eyelids attained
Their pleasure from intimacy

15. For him soundness of perfection and he was not
Except for the one who granted and prevented

16. The intelligence of Ayyas al-Muzani
And the asceticism of Uwais al-Qarani

17. So say to those envious of him
And those are the fruits of sorrow

18. Your existence to nonexistence
And your tranquility to smoke

19. Awaken from your blindness
And cease the excess of evil

20. Can our truths be nullified
By the falsehood of those presumptions?

21. Can one turn away from the truth
Except one narrow in perception?

22. You left the side of accord
Relying upon an idol

23. And you did not fear the loss of fortune
Between loss and loss

24. Is one with saws the same as one
Taking refuge in a fortress?

25. It is as if when you persist
And we do not meet except disgrace

26. By the ruling of the white Indian
Or the dark mean one

27. So take the preparations for death
For shrouds will not suffice

28. And do not stand still for the torrents
Of the swift adversity have charged

29. The winds of truth are stormy
And falsehood has no ships

30. And for you with rebellion
There is naught but the sword and the shroud
