1. My skillful archery is unmatched;
Aim my arrows and swords retreat.
١. لي في الشّجاعةِ سهمٌ ما ضربتُ بهِ
إلاّ رمى السيفَ قِرْني وهوَ مُنهزمُ
2. Though silent arrows make no sound,
When swords are drawn, news travels round.
٢. والضربُ بالسهمِ لم تنطقْ به لغةٌ
والرميُ بالسيفِ لم تَسمع بهِ الأمَم
