Narcissus raining dewdrops on a rose
١. وشادنٍ قد بكى عشقاً فأعجَبني
بنرجس صبّ ماوَرداً على وَردِ
2. As if his tears, that from his eyes outbreak,
Were pearls, and from a necklace's strand they flowed
٢. كأنَّ أدمعَهُ والعينَ تسفكُها
درٌّ وهى فَهَوى من جانب العقد
