9. The kohl of your eyelids, the sleep of youth it removed,
When you insisted on keeping the eye awake and restless.

10. If you had taught your heart the softness of your waist,
Or the delicacy of your clothes, you would not have become so restless.

11. My tears flowed freely in love of you, and from
The shackles of your captivity, my heart cannot escape.

12. I warned my heart when your glance seduced it,
From describing this passion, but it did not heed or awaken.
