Do you gain from the children of poetry a planet

5. The poet who echoed the East is gone
The echo of his beautiful beloved poetry has vanished

6. And the prose writer who portrayed the soul is gone

23. And today is devoid of your consolation, a heart
That melted with mercy for you and dripped

24. And eyes that wept for you with tears
That did not leave behind what could be shed or poured

25. The affectionate friend to every heart
That misery has dug its fangs and claws into

26. And the light-stepped to every soul
Its supporter has deviated from it and turned away

27. So remember him in the nights when
Hard times crowd your pillar and show hostility

28. Who will attend to the stricken with worries after you, o guardian?
Who will be there for the grieved? Who for the tortured?

29. You were righteous to them, and inclined
With the heart of the affectionate father

30. It amazes that they endure your devastating misfortune
And the endurance of the afflicted is even more amazing!

31. Arise and witness the disasters of the East and see
How eloquence weeps for you and laments

32. I swear if “Hugo” could return to life
I would hand over the reins to you and draw near

33. And the den of “Paris” would walk to
Your noble head and bandage

34. And wish for what you wrote about misery and returned the authentic not just translated!
The awakening of the countries was devastated with a structure

35. That strengthened its pillars and built and made firm
And endowed it from his poetry and enriched it

36. With what benefited the struggle with pride and profit
He provoked its ferocious cubs

37. And revived a hope in their hearts that hops

And in every moment, a voice from you traverses life

56. A chanter and an apparition meandering
You are present in hearts even if you are
