١. وكأنّ النجومَ في غَسَقِ الليْلِ
جُمانٌ يلوح من آبنوسِ
2. And like the dawn on the horizon gleams
Adorned in stars' array like a new bride
٢. وكأنَّ الصباحَ في الأفق يُجْلَى
بحُليِّ النجوم مثلَ العروس
3. And like the meadows make a song of praise
To God on high beyond all citadels
٣. وكأنّ الرياض تهدي ثناءً
للغنيّ بالله فوق الطروسِ
