Boasting of its beautiful garden

7. And expose the branch in the veil
If a breeze blew from its air

8. While we and youth were companions
And its shade stretched above us

9. And the spring of intimacy in it was clear
And its coolness was fresh

10. When there appeared in the horizon, none but an intimate friend
A morn with which the keen lad awoke

11. It woke whoever had slept
When its gloomy night cleared up

12. And let tears flow like clouds
In every valley I wandered in

13. O neighbors! Their era was generous
And their deeds, all of them beautiful

14. Do not blame the youth when he wanders
For before it he was a beautiful lad

15. Being near your abode is bliss
And your distance, its concerns are grave

16. How many gardens adorned with beauty
Beautify the beautiful gardens

17. Its streams as blue as the veil
And all its plants ever flourishing

18. Do you have with you that I am in Fez
Enduring longing and pining

19. I remember my family in it and forget
And the day in its length is like years

20. God suffices me - how much I endure
Of the loneliness of morn and evening

21. Lying down on the bed of doves
Yearning for company and intimacy

22. And tears have mingled in harmony
And its firm necklace has weakened

23. O inhabitants of the honored meadow
You have settled the eternal paradise

24. How much noble scenery is there
Surrounded by prosperity and good fortune

25. And how many lofty mountains
Its green slopes like columns

26. And the river flows like a sword
For the ease of continual drinking

27. And the flowers smile in blossoming
Kissing the hand of the companion

28. Convey my companions my greetings
You have not ceased to be joys forever

29. It is the desire of the lover to meet you
And being near you is the ultimate wish

30. With you I have left my heart
So may God renew our covenant

31. And bring together the kinship with harmony
In the shadow of our Imam

32. The pure, the manifest, the forbearing
Who secures the two enemies from

33. What is feared of the tyranny of enemies
And who relieves distress, if it pains

34. And removes worries and calamities
He has excelled in beauty and exceeded in forbearance

35. And nothing has appeared but what is manifest
My master, O elite of mankind

36. And who has obtained glory in history
How I watch for the full moon in completion

37. Yearning for your noble face
