1. I started with "In the name of Allah" at the beginning
And I prayed salutations upon the Perfect Power

2. I entered with the names of God to His door
I hope for favors through His names, my Lord Granter

3. I call You, O God, bless me with generosity
And with grace, O Most Merciful, be my Healer

4. O Beneficent, so be my helper, my savior, my pardoner
O Possessor, possess my heart with remembrance

5. Grant me, O Most Holy, sacred understanding
O Peace, deliver me from distress and harm

6. O Faithful One, take me with Your grace as a believer
O Guardian, support me with Your mention in my grave

7. O Almighty, elevate me when the world debases me
And compel me, O Compeller, towards good

8. And let, O Proud, my status be great among people
O Maker, fill me with modesty against arrogance

9. O Originator, clear my path of flaws
O Shaper, protect me, O Forgiver, forgive my burdens

10. O Subduer, subdue for me my enemy forever
O Lord, O Giver, increase my pride

11. O Sustainer, grant me guidance and piety
And with opening, O Opener, perfect my high rank

12. O Knower, teach me the path of nearness
And O Withholder, withhold severity of grasp from my chest

13. O Expander, expand Your care upon me
And O Abaser, lower the position of those against me

14. O Exalter, raise me above people with guidance
O Honorer, increase my honor till the end of time

15. O Humiliator, remove my humiliation and elevate my status
O Hearer, so hear my whispered address to You

16. O Seer, so see through myself and my flaws
And O Judge, judge in my favor in Your unseen

17. And O Just, take justice and dominate my wrongers
O Subtle One, with Your subtlety always help me

18. O Expert, grace me to inform You of my worries
O Forbearing, protect me in my matter with Your patience

19. O Tremendous, O Forgiving, forgive sins and mistakes
O Appreciator, tie me to thanking forever

20. O Preserver, O Guardian, of those who call
O Generous, O Observant, indeed Responder and Vast

21. O Wise, O Loving One, replace hardship with ease
O Glorious, honor my position and Resurrecter

22. So with Your bounty, resurrect me as secure from deception
O Witness, O Truth, take my drink to the truth

23. O Trustee, O Strong, strengthen me and protect me from evil
O Accounter, so my sins will not be hidden from You

24. O Praiseworthy, so enlighten me in my grave with Your praise
O Reviver and Life-giver, so enliven my mind with remembrance

25. O Causer of Death, I wish my heart's speech in remembrance
And O Ever-Living, O Sustainer, increase my spiritual wisdom,

26. And O Finder, through fervor in You, suffice me in isolation
O Glorious, honor my authority

27. And O One, make Your love alone capture my thoughts
O Single, O Individual, individualize my intimacy

28. With the ascension rope of connection in vigilance and openly
O Eternal, make my tongue focused on praise

29. O Powerful, reveal the unseen in the matter
And O All Powerful, and with mightiness, suffice me

30. O Advancer, advance me in my affair over others
O Delayer, delay the riding of those against me from wishes

31. O First, conclude for me with a good ending to my life
O Last, O Evident, O Hidden, O Exalted, raise my pride

32. O Affectionate, accept my repentance
And Avenger, of whoever deals with deception

33. Pardoner, Merciful, Master of kingship, Majestic
Bestower of bounties, You grant gifts to those reconciled

34. O Equitable, in everything, O Gatherer,
Rich and Enricher, so enrich me from my poverty

35. And O Giver, grace me with benevolence and gifts
And O Withholder withhold me from lies and sorcery

36. And O Harmful One, do not let Your harm touch my humiliation
And O Benefitor benefit me, and O Light, be my pride

37. And O Guide, increase guidance to elevate me
O Originator, show me the most wondrous mysteries

38. O Everlasting, keep me connected to You forever
O Inheritor, let me inherit arrival as You know

39. O Righteous, always guide me with Your guidance
O Patient One, beautify me with patience unto death

40. With Your beautiful names, I beseech You in awe
I came with my sin, admitting my lack of excuse

41. So pardon, favor, forgive my sins and restore me to health
And complete my spiritual ranks in private and openly

42. And take me as believing in death as its witness
To Your oneness, O Knower of secrets

43. And my family, brothers, mother and father
And my shaykh in the manners of the Sufi path

44. And adorn my heart with providence, and protect me
Through Your bounty, from enemies and those against me

45. And take my envy, and elevate me through might
And increase pride of this life and the next between fate’s hands

46. And perfect my pride, and please my shaykhs
And join me to serving the Master of secrets

47. And bless the chosen one from creation’s essence
Mohammad, sent to servants and free

48. And favor his companions and progeny, especially
His friend through all states, Abu Bakr

49. Then Omar al-Farooq, Othman after him
And the sought one in predicaments, Ali

50. Then the six masters of the light of their secret
Its reality rising over the sparkling stars

51. And the Prophet's two grandsons, meaning their Husseins
Then Hassan described with knowledge and gratitude

52. And their mother and followers of their party
To the end of days, by land and sea

53. Especially for my shaykhs of the Sufi path
The people of the great spiritual witnessing and secret

54. My master Siadna, the crown of inspiration
Refuge of all, Shaykh of Sufi paths combined

55. Leader men of God in the secret assemblage
Lamp of wayfarers’ hearts, the unambiguous

56. Rescuer from the stroke of doubt and betrayal
My father of two knowledges, help of the valiant

57. Braver than any of the people of way and reflection
And my master Sayyid the Fisherman, master of his time

58. And Shaykh Siraj al-Deen, by whose love is my pride
And the group of al-Rawi and their nephews

59. And my master Khair Allah, who established goodness
And all the people of Ibn al-Rifa’ah’s way altogether

60. In the cycle of the spheres, cycle after cycle
And protectors al-Qadiri and al-Ahmadi of the world

61. And al-Dasuqi and the patient saints too
And al-Shadhili and al-Naqshbandi, and whoever walked

62. Their path in the prophetic way with travel
And for the people passionate in Your love, my master

63. Grant them mercy always flowing from You
And our Sultan, help of cities, reward him

64. For keeping this religion with might and victory
And aid him with kingdoms and help his soldiers

65. Against the party of Satan, and guard him with secrets
And direct him by the Quran and grant him awe

66. With which he will subjugate all the kingdoms with coercion
And grant him success in every situation

67. And guide him in the ways of Sacred Law with authority
And give the Muslims security in his shade

68. With good living by protection and goodness
And improve all people's affairs properly by timing

69. And show him enduring triumph with might till the Gathering
And incline all the Muslims to follow our path

70. With the wisdom of mature guidance awakened from intoxication
And guide us and all believers to piety

71. By the cord of gentle authority, praise and thanks
And prepare safety for us with good, protect us

72. From the changing of time with sorrow and evil
With Your beautiful names, Abu al-Huda called You

73. And translated them into poetry with verse
And by Allah’s praise, he concluded the composition

74. At its end, “I seek Allah’s forgiveness from my burden”
So O Lord accept it, for I started
