1. Blessings of God be upon the father of Az-Zahra
The soul of existence and the cause of things

2. The lamp of every hidden truth
That was obscured and through him appeared to the seer's eye

3. The sun of guidance lasting eternally an ocean of bounty
Protector of the light of the white fist

4. A lantern copied in its affairs by its night
And the morning of the darkness of misguidance

5. The secret of the Book, rather the heart of hearts
And the expanse of expanses and the dyer of favors

6. The honor of lineages in the necklace of Hashim
And pride belongs to the fathers and sons

7. The sword of majesty and its shield is the Message
And the door to the spirit of the greatest favors

8. How it split hearts open with guidance, so the
Light of guidance gushed forth like water

9. And it revealed the signs of the unseen to a nation
That without him would have been morsels for passions

10. And it flowed at Zamzam with miracles secretly
So pour forth in the bosoms and directions

11. And draw from the valleys and the downpour of his heart
So it sufficed the creation from the downpour of every heaven

12. And the light of his beauty appeared to the eye of existence
Radiant, so it was needless of illuminations

13. By my father and mother! How much turmoil he stirred
Its misfortunes roared against the enemies

14. And for how long did the flame of his ardent heart relieve
The despair of the despondent and upheld the will of the unseen for the weak

15. And he protected the Sanctuary while orations in the Sanctuary
Poured like battalions on the day of Ohud

16. And he came with flowers of miracles supporting
What was foretold to the world of the Divine Names

17. And he unsheathed the zeal of prophethood
Exposing the distortion of the crooked

18. He unveiled the darkness from hearts with his light
So their darkness became remote by his illumination

19. And he passed around the cup of Divine Truth
So they turned away from things

20. Hearts were devoted to the All-Dominating so they
Turned away from everything in existence and became detached

21. And they held fast to his glorious tradition so excellent
Is that lenient tradition!

22. They attained the prophet in his guidance and knowledge
Through the saints and the scholars

23. O luminous moon of Taybah
My pillar, my means and my hope

24. To you I have fled with my poverty and misery
And the burden of my worries and troubles

25. I have become laden with sorrows, clad
In harm and acute grief as my raiment

26. And I have fallen ill from the malady of time
Save me, for you are my remedy

27. Help O honor of existence, for only
To you my call is raised

28. O son of the immaculate, have mercy on one
Lost from your household, protect from the enemies

29. Where are the white hands and the resolves that
Were spread over kin and stranger?

30. O master of signs, stand with a
Qurayshi resolve and passionate zeal

31. And rise with your resolve O Muhammad and spare me
The worries of time with a lofty determination

32. And quickly mend my brokenness with succor
With the hand of aid O father of Az-Zahra

33. So it will be said he protected the Sanctuary of the family of Muhammad
And my eye will delight in you, my Master
