1. What excuse for one who holds the reins of faith
Yet in truth it's like a dream that fades away

2. May God guide you if you're wise
To rise above the worldly state some day

3. Walk the path of those who left desire behind
And followed holy scripture as their way

4. They walked the Prophet's path, his light their guide
Dispelling doubt and ignorance's gray

5. O living soul, do not neglect, for you will die
And on that distant day, you will be called to testify
