1. For every matter you seek, plead through the son of Adenan
For that is the door of hope for mankind and jinn

2. And take refuge in its sublime thresholds, for in them
Is the rope of salvation, reaching both near and far

3. Muhammad, praised on earth, lauded in heaven, revived
All people, Ahmad, the noble and eminent

4. An ocean of virtues, sultan of generosity, aid
Of all creation, supporter of the weak and helpless

5. Proof of evidence, seal of messengers, refuge
Of sinners, savior of the guilty transgressor

6. Lamp of sacred light, his talismans
Swore allegiance, so he came to us in human form

7. The epitome of the noblest traits combined in him
So he is master of all proof

8. Ta Ha, described is his lofty stature, descended
And came with abundance for all who yearn

9. In the first part of interpreting his wisdom
He explained metaphors and verses of the Scripture

10. An ocean of knowledge from hidden springs
Gushed through his signs and criterion

11. And he came mentioning in the Gospel his manifestation
With praises in symbols after explanation

12. And in Psalms and Torah his praise
Is written, and the tongue of praise is divine

13. Moses and Jesus sought refuge through him
And Adam, pardoned from his great disobedience

14. And the prophets anchored their ships
To gain nearness from the Master and favor

15. The universe is none but Him, for without Him
Its pillars are not erected by the Builder

16. The secret of the path, lamp of truth, key
Of tradition, source of all mystic knowledge

17. His ascension to the Highest Lote, then drew near
And attained proximity, so excellent is the Intimate

18. And the Presence of Holiness surrounded his visit
With every profound and wondrous meaning of light

19. Within a bow's length or nearer he drew
And saw the Majesty of the Merciful Lord

20. The hand of mighty fortune assisted him
From ancient times with favor and friendship

21. And God protects you, surrounding his essence
To guard from the schemes of deceit and lies

22. And the angelic army shrouded him with guidance,
An army of help, success and faith

23. His majesty transcends imaginings
And his beautiful self transcends match

24. Master of the city of beauty, constructed with
Excellent design and marks of mastery

25. Sultan of the Sanctified Presence, within it
In every corner an angelic Solomon

26. Dazzled by him the celestial possessions in nobility
And the earthly ones in loftiness and banners

27. With every divine line his praises came
Inscribed from early on with the Qur'an

28. And in all people's languages his traits were mentioned,
But descriptions fall short of depicting him

29. What protection for the burdened sinners but him
For he is the scale, fire and judgement?

30. Yes he is the rain, if the rope of hope is severed
And helpers and allies offer no refuge

31. I come to him with countless sins
And mountains of mistakes envelop me

32. Ignorance of fate makes me laugh
And surface knowledge brings me before the Judge

33. My evil conduct draws me near destruction
And my ugly deeds distance me from hopes

34. The army of disobedience expelled me from home
Until I remained alone without companions

35. And the voice of neglect overwhelmed me, so many times
It called to my soul and conversed privately

36. And here I am, among intricate anguish
Regret in my heart and sorrows

37. Everything we own is impermanent
Troubles without consolation and brethren

38. By God, that is but a morsel obtained
And a rag covering this ephemeral body

39. My Master, O soul of the prophets, bring aid
For my burdens have wearied me and perils persist

40. By the secret of your nearness to your Master, generously
Tie my rope, for this severing makes me grind my teeth

41. Have mercy on a stranger, weak, taking refuge in you
For I hope for no mighty aid but you

42. My thoughts' paths narrowed and worries exhausted
My patience, while this anguish destroyed me

43. And I have taken you as my fortress and refuge
From all fears, with faith and compliance

44. So show me kindness and say I have come under your protection
Secure from the woes of eras and power

45. And transform the misguidance of my heart into guidance
By the unseen grace, and complete the light of my knowing

46. And accept my humility at the threshold of your might and
Remember me with goodness, fortify my pillars in you

47. And have mercy on my father, paternal cousins, my clan
My household, children and neighbors

48. And show your kindness to the party of my brothers
And return holy aid to my comrades

49. For I have abandoned the sons of the world and come
To the doors of your favor in my submission and lack

50. I knew you as the Greatest Mercy, and your door as
God's door, so replace my loss with profitable treasure

51. God of the Throne bless you as long as the lights
Of your glory shine among non-Arabs and Arabs

52. And your family, the jewel people of the household, our masters
And your companions, greatest leaders and brave men

53. And those who follow them - I will never cease
Pleading through the son of Adenan for any matter
