1. The disdain of the enemy could not subdue passion,
Their reproaches disturbed us,

2. And the lover who was unfaithful out of arrogance,
Its delusions made him dance.

3. He slept in the cradle of his frivolity riding tomorrow,
While fate has an eyelid that does not sleep.

4. Side with good, O brother of love, and be patient,
For nights, their times are dreams.

5. Loyalty cannot be expected from the lowly,
Only the generous know the generous.

6. Keeping promises is an attribute of glory,
Without its people, it cannot be coveted.

7. Mirage never pours a drink,
Nor does the charging army send down water.

8. How many bodies are scorched in a bitter living,
A day when positions cannot be kept.

9. The tranquility of the free man is to fulfill the rights
Of glory from his people without being wronged.

10. By my life they are the vile, as was said,
Garment, lust, and food.

11. However the fate acted frivolously and deceiving,
Among the people there are vile ones.

12. Leave the dogs and their clamor in your mind,
Their barking is delusion.

13. Every word has an inside and outward dimension,
But only its speakers have speech.

14. The fool falls with pretentiousness and prattle,
While the wise man of understanding rises.

15. Things are distinct with seasons of prosperity,
What is light without darkness?

16. How many lowly people, gloomy in pedigree,
Whose passion did not carry away the rubble.

17. And I have filled the world with noble lineage,
That strains all determination to the utmost.

18. To minds, good deeds are not equal
To sins.

19. And of wisdom is to befriend the noble ones of the people for ages,
And keep away the tyrants.

20. If the generous cuts ties with the vile undeservedly,
He is not to be blamed.

21. Indeed, whichever way panic shakes,
O brother of the heart and the sword, the sword trembles.

22. So take patience and steadfastness, for with it
You will surpass the steps of eagles.

23. And abandon the traitors and be harsh to them,
Befriending a traitorous liar is forbidden.

24. Do not expect remorse from the wicked,
The deceitful wicked have no remorse.

25. And stay away from the stingy, as for purposes
In his resolved state, he is quick to deny.

26. I have distanced myself from the ways of the arrogant,
So I fell into oblivion and wandered.

27. A single noble one, with him is the weapon
Of an army of people attacking violently.

28. The difference in character brings together and separates,
Through it is connection and separation.

29. And in the battleground of religion among the gnostics,
Arabs and non-Arabs are equal.

30. I have distinguished between east and west,
With differences, and the unifier is Islam.

31. Respect the rights of human beings we are
Bound to this by laws.

32. And understand the mystery of the beautiful system,
Its disclosure adorned it with harmony.

33. They have gone astray from the meanings of metaphors,
The nations wandered in their imaginations.

34. Free yourself from what does not benefit the self,
And the land grinned with it smiling.

35. And leave the matter to Allah, this
Is the way of Muhammad, peace be upon him.
